Mrs. Musgrove

I am excited to be entering my 19th year of teaching 5th grade at Trinity Lutheran School.  I love teaching the two subjects of Social Studies and Religion. We cover United States history this year in Social Studies which is such a fun and interesting topic!  In Religion I love teaching how the foundations of our Christian faith affect our everyday life and how we can serve God by loving and forgiving others. I am also the PSIA (Private Schools Interscholastic Association) District Director and our campus coordinator.  I love encouraging students to challenge themselves academically, and this is a great opportunity for that.   My email address is musgrovek@trinityklein.org

I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and I still love the St. Louis Cardinals.  I attended Immanuel Lutheran School and Lutheran High School South and then attended Valparaiso University in northwest Indiana.  As a multi-generational product of Lutheran education, I truly value the importance of a strong education taught with Christian morals and values woven throughout the curriculum and daily life.  I began my teaching career in St. Louis teaching 4th grade for 3 years, and then I stayed home for 10 years when my kids were little. I moved to Spring, Texas, in 1999 and started teaching 5th grade at Trinity in 2005.  I was able to teach all three of my kids when they attended Trinity as 5th graders!

I married my husband Paul in 2009.  God has truly blessed me with this wonderful man!  Recently we moved to Willis, Texas. Together we have five kids and six grandkids.  All 5 of our kids have graduated from Texas A&M!   Our oldest son, Jacob, lives in the Austin area with his wife Sarah and three kids, Charlotte, Wyatt and Ellis.  Katie and her husband Aaron live in New Waverly with their two children, Luke and Karoline. Brett will be teaching in Trinity’s Middle School this year as an 8th grade homeroom teacher and is engaged to Jenn who is from England.   Justin is working in human resources and lives in the Kansas City area with his wife Lauren.  Sophia and her husband Will were married in April of 2022 and live in the Willis area with our newest granddaugher, Kennedy.

In my free time, I like to read, play trivia games with my kids, and spend time at our lake house with family.
